Description | Letter written from Highbury, Moor Green, Birmingham on 3 April 1888 to Sayle saying that he does not plan to go back to Berlin so he will not be able to meet Sayle's friend there. He plans to see Sayle when he is next up in London, and he is preparing to make a speech in Galashiels. He also makes a reference to 'Kelsall' going into the Church saying 'I am glad about Kelsall for his sake, tho' I didn't think I should ever have been glad at any of my friends going into the Church!'. |
