Custodial HistoryRunning shoes formerly belonged to Sydney Wooderson and were given to the donor's father, Wilfred Duckworth, to be worn in a race he was competing in Kenya [possibly at Kitale] whilst both raced there when serving with the British Army during the 1940s. The donor's father was subsequently told he could keep the spikes.
