DescriptionWritten from 17 Grove End Road, St John's Wood, N.W., dated 6 February. Alma-Tadema opens the letter referring to an unspecified object: 'I suppose it was on the arrival home that the prodigal son had his ears charred. I sent it on to Burne Jones who I trust will enjoy it'. He is looking forward to a seeing a concert and going to the Garrick, and hopes to arrange a dinner with the Henschels. He closes by saying that he has been busy working.
