He continues the letter on the 15 October, writing that his trip to Allt-na-Criche has been deferred to next autumn. He is busy 'obeying wife & daughter & Doctors' and is sorry he has not written sooner. His daughter Anna has visited. He describes the weather and scenery and regrets that he is not allowed to paint. He complains about 'second rate little orchestras' in hotels. |
