| Physical Description | The correspondence is annotated with old filing numbers used by CEZMS before the records were transferred to CMS. These old filing numbers match numbers given in the contemporary card index which was deposited with the collection. The correspondence files can be used alongside the index cards to identify items of interest; when requesting index cards in Cadbury Research Library Reading Room, give the mission and year(s) of interest, for example, CEZMS index cards for Madras [Chennai] 1936. |
