| Description | He encloses a medical certificate [138b]. He has consulted his fellow missionaries about going to Bullom but has had no definite advice on this. He has accumulated a considerable Bullom vocabulary. Evangelisation of the heathen in the Colony is impossible while so few have any English and their own languages are multifarious. He gives details of expenditure for the Mission. Immorality among Europeans makes difficulty for him as Chaplain. |
