| Title | Letter from Wenzel to Secretary: 2 March 1810: Kakara |
| Extent | 1 doc. |
| Date | 1810 |
| Description | The death of Barneth, and sickness, have hindered language study, but he intends to spend what time he can spare from teaching in translating St. Mark rather that in conversation. He asks the Society to help in settling his debts. Much of Capt. Macaulay's tobacco was worthless and the bast-bale only half-full, and no earthen or tin-ware was found in Kakara. A visit to remonstrate with Macaulay would be too expensive. |
