| Description | He commiserates on the death of Nylander's wife, news of which was contained in his letter of 7 Dec. They are seeking a teacher for her school. The vessel carrying his Dec letter was taken by a French privateer, but recovered and brought to Ireland by Englishmen left on board. Any journals and letters aboard must have been destroyed. |
