| Description | The Bullom people are under the thraldom of witchcraft and are reluctant to bring their children to school. He has 13 children - 4 Bulloms, the rest Pimanees - 10 of them at CMS charge. He finds that the £5 apiece allotted is quite insufficient with the present high prices, and he is in debt. He asks for an increase of £1 per child, and for an assistant in his work. |
