DescriptionHe asks acceptance of a bill for £178. Two letters awaiting shipment contain his accounts for 18 months.

Mungke Hati has sent for him to settle a palaver with the man-of-war. He encountered 3 warships on his journey to S. L. who were going to destroy all the factories in which enslaved people were being bought and sold ['slave factories'] and capture the traders. Renner is very sceptical, but apprehensive for his family's safety.

Physical DescriptionE3: The numbers are original numbers up to E3/29. Thereafter there were no original numbers and they have been given archivist's numbers. Many of the documents up to E3/38 bear one or two crossed-out original numbers. A few of the numbers up to E3/29 are missing and so marked.
N.B. Numbers 30-122 bear no standing original numbers although some have numbers which have been crossed out.
