Description	He is grieved at the tension between Nylander and Sperrhacken and suggests that in time Sperrhacken might be moved elsewhere. Nylander is to take one of the clock and bells originally intended for Rio Pongas. The other is now for the Christian Institution. Nylander may spend a reasonable amount on a structure for them.
