Collier has now been appointed 1st Chaplain. A 2nd Chaplain has been proposed to the Governor. The plan for the Christian Institution is a Seminary for the higher education of 40-50 superior youths selected from other schools, and trained by Bull and Wilhelm. Boys named after benefactors with 6 years' education should be able to qualify as teachers, but can earn a living in any honest way.
CMS will continue its allowance to Mrs. Wenzel if she continues to help.

Full accounts should be given of each child named after a benefactor as the patrons are eager to know of their welfare.
