Description	They concur with MacCarthy's plan for a college at Leic. Mt. and the dispersal of the girls to other schools. CMS is to be relieved of the maintenance of those fitted for handicarfts and labour while supporting some native children. Children of the Colony are to be admitted for higher education. CMS will provide and pay teachers for all schools.
