DescriptionShe has heard from Mr. Perry and others that the people wish their children to be taught. She suggests that there is no-one better suited to take the matter in hand than Fernandez himself, and proposes that the example of the English school system be followed by establishing day schools in all principal towns. The Governor or CMS would probably supply educated youths to act as teachers.
