Description	He asks that the Society and MacCarthy set about the task of establishing the Infant College at Leic. Mt. He feels that they have enough European schoolmasters but missionaries are still wanted. He is glad to hear that another chaplain is coming out. Regarding the schoolmasters' complaints he believes that the other missionary clergymen and Pratt himself will agree with his views on their preaching.
