Description	The schools are to be his proper sphere of activity. He is severely reprimanded for having flogged one woman and several boys for making noise during divine service. Flogging a woman for such an offence is indefensible and the efficacy of flogging children is questioned. Such punishment should certainly not be carried out by Taylor himself.
