Description	Writes to W. as he thinks that Pratt and Bickersteth are too busy to consider such things; subject of letter is the unhappy relationship between the CMS Corresponding Committee in Madras and the missionaries in Madras; Schnarre and Rhenius were sent out before Committee was formed and when it was formed they were not told that they were to be under its authority; the Committee did not allow the missionaries sufficient salary and there has been continual trouble over financial differences; feels that missionaries with experience should be countenanced more than members of a Committee, however pious and zealous they may be [see 92]
