Description	Dated 25 March. Left Liverpool June 1830 and sailed to Chile and Peru, then to Sandwich Islands for four months and to Tahiti for a year; arrived at Pitcairn October 1832; Tahiti lacks vital religion; has established a Temperance Society and other church-connected societies; Captain Fremantle of HMS 'Challenger' touched island on way home and sentenced three 'foreigners' (runaway English sailors) to leave the island; has asked Lord Gambier for Bibles and hymn books.
