Description/A: From Mrs Tregellis, 6 Portland Square, 3 December: refers to account of Dasala [a West African enslaved man in Havana] published in the [Chuch Missionary] Intelligencer; Mr Prideaux has had a letter informing him that in the future the Government will not give money to help Black Africans in Cuba to return to Africa.
