Suggests three students to replace the missionaries who have died in Sierra Leone: Theodor Muller, Christian Kugler and John Doll; suggests training some five or six young 'negroes' in Basel who would be employed as schoolmasters in the CMS Sierra Leone Training College, as so many of the [European] masters have died.
