| Description | Records of two Review Committees, appointed by the General Committee 13 November 1906 and 12 December 1919. The committees were appointed to review the Home and overseas work of the Society to ensure that the Committee would be prepared to make economies in the event of its financial position not improving.
The work of the Review Committees provided the impetus for changes to the administration of the Society's work at home and overseas, so the records are a useful source for understanding the Society's history, including the history of the missions in the first quarter of the 20th century. |
