Largely concerning relations between CMS and BCMS and charges against CMS doctrinal position, including an open letter from Rev[erend] G. J. Byrnell published in 'The Record' 12 June 1942, in which he suggests the time is right for steps be taken to 'heal ... the breach' between CMS and BCMS 1942 and correspondence and newscuttings relating to W. Wilson Cash's letter to 'The Times' acknowledging a donation of £10,000 from 'someone who believes that the causes which alienated so many of the society's supporters have now been removed' 1929.
