Manuscript annotations on some of the maps in this series indicate that they arrived at CMS headquarters as part of the incoming mission correspondence received by the CMS Overseas Division [records now held as 'Original Papers' in the overseas missions series, CMS/B/OMS]. They are annotated in red ink with the date when they arrived at CMS headquarters and the filing number assigned by the clerks of the Overseas (Foreign) Division. |
