DescriptionHe advocates building a church in every settlement, in view of the Devils Houses for pagan rites. When a church is built a clock and bell will be sent. He exhorts to firmness and meekness in the hazards of war.
Future bills are to be drawn upon the Sec at CM House. He has asked Butscher to adjust Wenzel's bill for 20 children from Christmas 1812 to Midsummer 1813, which was to have been provided for in the cargo of the wrecked ship.
