DescriptionThe Committee will pay bills received but are alarmed at the expense of the Mission. Therefore they are sending out a "confidential friend of the Society" to investigate. Meanwhile no more bills are to be drawn save for salaries and children. Thus some work at Bashia may have to be suspended. It is further possible that the Committee will decide to send an annual visitor to take out stores and settle accounts.
