DescriptionIn reply to the request for advice for Bickersteth he makes the following comments. He knows of no extra expense on his own account, management of which he left to Renner. The mission's basic problem is its failure to hold regular meetings. An annual visitation would solve most things and combat any infiltration of the mission by venal persons.
