Description	After Morgan left Regents Town Bull visited there and was very critical of the people. He would not allow Tamba or Davies to visit Morgan. On 31 Jan MacCarthy sent a letter to Wilhelm instructing him to assemble all the people for a visit by himself when some would be sent away. Johnson, however, arrived the next day.
