There are no letter-book volumes specifically for the Japan Mission correspondence dating from before 1874. Letters sent out to the Japan Mission by the Secretaries of the CMS UK office were entered in the same volumes that served as China Mission individual letter-books. The archived volumes are numbered and held in the China Mission series. |
