Administrative History | Dorothy Edith King was born 12 January 1910. In 1945 she was accepted as a CMS missionary and served with the Egypt Mission as headmistress of the Old Cairo Girls' School for primary school children. In October 1951, she became Acting Mission Secretary; a year later her resignation from the Society was accepted as she returned to England due to 'family circumstances'. She died 4 January 1997.
