|Administrative History||Martin Parr chairman of CMS Executive Committee 1956-1970 and Max Warren (1904-1977) CMS General Secretary 1942-1963 corresponded until Warren's death in 1977 sometimes using their pseudonyms of Atticus and Cicero. At this time Warren was recognised as the most influential evangelical in Britain and a prolific writer on Church matters. |
