DescriptionCopies of photographs assumed to have belonged to Leonard Beecher, extracted from a collection found in Mrs Beecher’s study after her death in 1982. They comprise family photographs and official photographs taken during the Beechers’ official duties while Bishop Beecher was Assistant Bishop of Mombasa (1950-53), Bishop of Mombasa (1953-60) and Archbishop of East Africa (1960-70).
