Administrative HistoryRev. Arthur William Cotton (1857-1934) was a CMS missionary in the Punjab and Sindh Mission 1883 to 1891. He retired on health grounds and returned to England but later became a missionary in Jamaica where he stayed until 1893. He returned to England and worked as a parish priest. He died in 1934.
