Administrative HistoryAlfred Elliott Bowlby (1860-1950) was a CMS missionary in India 1884-1903, based in the North-West Provinces mission. In 1890 he married Lilian Dickinson who was a professional painter and was, at that time, in the service of the Zenana Bible Medical Mission.
