Administrative HistoryArthur Neve (No. 929 List I) was a CMS medical missionary in Kashmir 1881-1919. William Hayward Scammell (1880-1960) was a CMS missionary in Sudan 1908-1921 and later worked in the CMS Exhibition Department until 1940.
