Description	A collection of photographs which belonged to Mary Alice Thompson, a CMS missionary based at Mid-China Mission. The photographs are mounted in one large album with ornate binding, possibly made of bamboo and three small albums bound in green silk. The albums are paginated and many of the photographs are captioned. They show scenes from daily life in China and Miss Thompson's missionary colleagues and their work in and around the mission station.
