Administrative HistoryEdward Noel Teulon Sandford (1917-1995) was Secretary of the CMS Oxford Fellowship 1940-1941 before being accepted as a CMS missionary and sent to Northern Nigeria in 1945. In 1951 he married Geraldine Hamlett of the Sudan Inland Mission.
