Administrative HistoryWalter Collins (b 1865) of Herston, Swanage was accepted as a CMS missionary in 1890. In May 1891, he was sent to Uganda Mission, East Equatorial Africa as a lay agent and returned to England in April 1892. His connection with the Society ceased in November 1892.
