Administrative HistoryEsther Dallison (b.1896) of Canonsbury, London was accepted as a CEZMS missionary in 1926. Her first posting as a nursing missionary was in the Lahore diocese where she worked in hospitals in Asrapur, Tarn Taran, Quetta and Sindh. In 1935 she was in Quetta at the time of the earthquake in which she was slightly injured but carried on nursing the survivors after many of the medical staff had been killed. After spending several years between 1945-1953 back in England due to family commitments she returned to nursing in the Amritsar area until her final return to England in 1956. She then was appointed Organising Secretary for the Rochester diocese and later for the Guildford diocese.
