1/ Transcript of a letter from Warren Chetham-Strode of 11 Markham Square, dated 5th January 1947. Letter is addressed to 'Dear Coward'. Expresses pleasure at having recieved a letter from Noel. Makes mention of his play, "The Guinea Pig." (Two copies)

2/ Transcript of a letter from Warren Chetham-Strode of 11 Markham Square, dated 23rd August 1948. Letter is addressed to 'My dear Coward'. Will not be able to write the script for "The Astonished Heart", one of Noel's short play. He feels he cannot do it justice.

3/ Transcript of a letter from Noel Coward dated 25th August 1948. Letter is addressed to 'Dear Chetham-Strode'. Asks Warren to have another think about writing the script for "The Astonished Heart."

4/ Transcript of a letter from Warren Chetham-Strode of 11 Markham Square, dated 26th August 1948. Letter is addressed to 'My dear Coward'. Kindly declines to add material to Noel's "The Astonished Heart" again. He does not feel competent enough.

5/ Transcript of a letter from Warren Chetham-Strode of The Oast House, Flayden, Nr. Rye, Sussex, dated 22nd September 1971. Letter is addressed to 'My dear Coward'. Reminisces on their first encounter. Thanks Noel for encouraging him to write back then.
