Enclosed are eleven envelopes from the International Press Cutting Bureau addressed to Janet Suzman postmarked between April and July 1979. Ten envelopes are sealed, the one dated 9 May has been opened and Janet Suzman has written on the back 'I never read these reviews - prob. just as well!'. The two articles inside are from the Birmingham Post on 26 and 28 April and are about the forthcoming production.
Also enclosed are six of Janet Suzman's payslips headed 'Duchess of Malfi Tour', dated June-July 1979. Also enclosed are three manager's weekly summary of takings from the Theatre Royal, Nottingham for the week ending 16 June, from the Royal Court Theatre, Liverpool for the week ending 23 June and from the Theatre Royal, Brighton for the week ending 30 June 1979. |
