Written from White Lodge, Richmond Park. Writes to [Harriet] Martineau stating she will do 'good patriotic and loyal service' by expressing her indignation at the 'shameful report of the Prince of Wales' but asks her not to mention his name; writes about the good character of the Prince but talks of 'the dark invention of some satanic ingenuity'.
