Autograph letters, signed from W. T. Greenhow
Concerns the share and delay in the payment of money from Greenhow's aunt [Margaret] Rankin, following the sale of her property when she died. Letters are addressed to 'Aunt Harriet'.
Harriet Martineau had a nephew called William Thomas Greenhow, 1831-1921, the son of Harriet's sister Elizabeth, and her husband Thomas Michael Greenhow, so this could be the author of the letters.
