DescriptionIn response to a request from Molesworth [founder of the 'London Review' which had recently merged with the 'Westminster Review'] she agrees to write for the 'London and Westminster Review': 'It gratifies me much that you desire my assistance in supporting the principles on which the L. & W. Review is grounded'. She extends her best wishes to Molesworth in the forthcoming general election where he was standing as a candidate at Leeds: 'I suppose you are sure of it'. She also expresses her negative views about Lord Douro, the candidate for Norwich: he is 'talking such stuff there that...a very small provision of wit would suffice to over match him'
