DescriptionReplies to Eykyn's letter, regretting that he has 'nothing to do with the appointment of Registrars', but promises Eykyn that his 'recommendation shall be fully considered' if he sends in an application for a Receivership under the Bankruptcy Bill 'accompanied by testimonial. There are a certain number of Receiverships to be created, 'but nothing will be done with respect to them until the Bill has passed'.
