His letter gave her the greatest pleasure; also reports that on his return to Cossey he is authorised to take possession of her estate and garden near the Bull's Eye and her apartments in the Laylock tree; school is having a recreation day as the Queen is coming to Paris from Versailles; Charlotte was confirmed last Sunday. With postscript by J Potier, the master at Edward's school who forwarded the letter to Cossey
