Letter from Eliza Jerningham [written from Hengrave] to her cousin, Charlotte [at Oxburgh]

Referring to increased taxes and the possibility of a French invasion; also comments on the behaviour of one of the pupils at school in the convent.
A note indicates that Eliza Jerningham was a nun at Bruges but refuged at Hengrave near Bury.
