Galsworthy informs Watson that he sailing to America and will have to postpone his visit; Galsworthy informs Watson he is resigning as editor of 'Reveille' as the position was 'too difficult' and a 'free hand was necessary to assume that the quality should not mislead the public - the Ministry feeling otherwise'.
