Description Letter signed Edwd. Irving and addressed 'Dear Sir' which includes address panel bearing the name and address of the recipient: Revd Mr Murson, 1 Hants Place, Sloan St [London]. Irving writes that he has 'neither strength nor time, nor anything but the heart and will to assist my friends'. He is going away for two weeks, one to be spent in the service of friends in Birmingham and one in 'perfect solitude' and he will not name the place. The letter is undated but bears the postmark 28 February 1824
