These brasses are cited and described in Mill Stephenson, 'A List of Monumental Brasses in the British Isles ' (1964): Hatley Cockayne II & III. Mill Stephenson suggests that the brass effigy of the lady is possibly either Joan or Elizabeth, wives of John Cockayne (d 1490)
