Performed at The Empire Theatre, London; opening performance, 17 April 1884; musical director and composer of ballet and incidental music, Mr John S. Hiller; three grand ballets invented and arranged by Monsieur Bertrand; costumes by Monsieur and Mme Alias; scenery by Ryan, Grieve, Hart and Bruce Smith.
